    Now I understand what you mean. Sometimes birthing can take 24 hours or longer.
    That would be an exception to what normally happens though.

    This is a sad day on the Ranch. I have put Nova down. Her health was in a downward spiral. The growth on her back was the size of a walnut and she was off food and losing weight. This was a situation that wasn't going to get any better and prolonging the end wasn't fair to her. She was still alert but fading.
    She was an ultra high red radix. I will probably never have another like her.
    R.I.P. Nova my bright girl.

    Beautiful Snake!!! Her coloration makes her look a little bit like a corn snake. But she is MUCH more beautiful than a corn snake!
