New wandering...

This large female was brought to me yesterday.... had a nice meal of field mouse also. She will be dewormed and kept for a breeder...I love her pattern. She is a little over 2 feet long.

not all curl up like that...she was scared. she could be gravid, probably is...but no signs yet. cold spring made them breed late. she has also eaten a field mouse... making her look a ilttle big. hopefully she is

Curling up like that is a defensive posture. The one I caught last week has been doing that to varying degrees.
