Gobio gobio is a member of the Cyprinidea family which includes carp, minnow and goldfish. With that information I would say they do contain thiaminase and should not be used as garter food.
I couldn't find direct information that they do contain thiaminase but I didn't find anything that said they didn't. It's best to error on the side of safety.
