    Question Can I get some help on what type of Garter snake this is?!

    I found him pretty Lethargic sitting in the rain outside yesterday , I'm thinking it just got to cold to fast for the little guy. I warmed him up have him in a tank right now. Once he warmed up he's quite the fast little thing. The thickest part on him is no wider than a pencil, He's pretty small. I took some pictures hoping someone here can inform me of exactly what kind of snake Spartikus is?!
