it's and axanthic chicago garter snake, gravid female to boot!!!! I emailed him, the knucklehead already called Scott Felzer!!!!! I wanna kick his butt!!!! (Scott's too, he beats me to all the good snakes!) Hopefully the guy will let me get a pair of babies.... some day, people will call me when they find something odd....
