    i dont know of reptile societys present lus i dont know if my mom would take me since im 14

    Oh, I meant you'd have to search for them online. Or if you have a local independent pet/reptile shop (i.e. not Petco) in your area, they might know about local groups. The mom thing I can't help with, though.

    You know, I was going to revise my post and forgot... I meant to say I didn't want to unfairly assume your local Petco/Petsmart/whatever would be staffed by the same nitwits mine is, and you could always ask there on the chance that they *do* have knowledgeable staff who might know about local herp societies.

    But... It sounds like you might already know that's going to be a useless venture. Looks like you've got to go all the way to Rochester before you get to a herp-specific pet shop - maybe time to start doing the dishes without being asked, to butter Mom up...

    i already have to go to rochester to get snak e food from a guy who i bought 1.2 boas from then he opened a petstore then i moved here so now i buy from him
