Great to hear she's getting the care she deserves.
Watch for that first poop. Sometimes the digestive track and other organs can shutdown during dehydration.
The next couple of weeks should tell you if there will be any problems. It's great that she's eating.
It sounds like you've got her on the road to recovery. Nice work. I'm glad that guy came up to you.
