Red (my flame) is about to shed now. Blue eyes, extremely dull... can't wait to see his red this time. Gets redder with every shed

I think, by the looks of it, he's gonna start getting a red belly... He doesn't have one yet, but I think he will when he sheds.

I love watching their colors really come out after they shed! Mine just shed a day or two ago, and she seems to be turning a sort of traffic cone orange all over except for the pattern on her back. I guess there's more yellow than red in her, but I'm really happy with it. Looking forward to seeing pics of yours after he sheds.

It'll be a few more days. Still blue. Probably clear up tonight or tomorrow, shed the next few days....

    Re: Coloring up

he shed today!! He's less orange now, and more red.

It is unbelievably hard to capture the color of this snake.

If i use natural light it's OK, if i use bulb light, it's comes out weird. So i open a window and turn the rest out. Also, if i use flash it comes out to bright and orange, so some of these are accurate in color, but kinda dark.

This is a little too orange

This shows it great! The red coloring shows up good

Too dark, but captures the red

This ones good, but the angle doesn't show it

    Pretty good one
