Re: Wild caught baby Garter won't eat...

Yeah, same goes for wild rattlesnakes and kings in San Diego. Tame as a CB corn snake and yet you see how most CB kings act. Just watch snakebytesTV. Mean suckers!

Oh hey we're way off topic. So did this garter eat yet or what?

I remember now. Just didn't want to back though all of the posts. So basically this thread should be dead.

Tempting. I'll have to think about it.

Even large garters much on pinkies like they were bite sized candy, but they are fattier than larger mice, so I try to mix it up some.

Oh, and on the flip side, garters will usually take cut up mice just fine, too. So you could buy all fuzzies or hoppers & slice them up as needed. Did that today for two of mine.

    Ba-Doom! Tssh!!
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually, from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff.

Well if you had that many vertebrae and ribs, you'd be flexible too.

I used to be a contortionist when I was a kid, but I injured my back, now I'm stiff as a plank! It was fun bending over backwards all the time
