Not really, no - he's slimer for sure though, but I don't think it's because he's ill or something - he didn't eat for 2 months afterall. He's still active. I've read on African House Snakes forum, that males tend to fast for 2 or 3 months. It supposed to be their mating mode, even when females aren't present.
Kleopatra - never forget. [*]; Lamprophis fuliginosus, male - Amon; Thamnophis sirtalis parietalis, male - Izy; Pantherophis guttatus anerythristic, female, Nefretete; Lampropeltis sinaloae - Vita.

That's probably what it is... if he's not losing to much weight or acting weird ita probably just what they do.

    Hope he eats soon though.

It makes me little crazy though... Amon - mating mode, Izy - brumation mode... My God, the only snake that's eating normally is Kleo. I hadn't expected that giving my history with her... Will you believe, that she was suspiciously interested in Lucky the Mouse? Hint: he's an adult mouse. But probably it was movement that attracted her, not the Lucky himself. It would be funny if she would try to hunt him down and eat him though.

Kleo could end up being the hunted one though.

Yeah, especially that Lucky eats dry smelts (that my snakes refused to eat, when they wasn't dry yet, lol) like crazy. Carnivorous little beast!
