    my initial thought was female because of the change in size between the body and tail. are me and rhea right??

    thanks.....I like the color, she has a redish color to her because down her
    in between the scales she has a nice bright red color, I hope it stays that way...I said she was 12inches when I first got her, however she is more like 15-16 inches so I don't know if thats adult or still young, and if the color will change at all.......any advice on that?

    yea you don't see that much.
    Mine has a blue shade.
    in between the scales like you were talking about.
    I doubt the color will change that much.
    Also she might have some more to grow.
