I am taking it that "chuffed" means a good thing...lol. It sounds like it means something negative. "He was chuffed because he dropped his coffee" or "His leg was all sore and chuffed".

Here's a little American slang for you...Dude, that is so seriously sweet. I would be totally stoked if I made that. Kudos, man. That's killer.
