kewl! not sure why they are so uncommon. (CB) theyre essentially the same as concinnus'.

maybe it boils down to what we were talking about some time ago joe. some people tend to keep garters too warm, for too many months. puget sound gets close to 300 days a year of rain and/or too cold for them to even be active at all. maybe this subspecies just won't reproduce well with all that "pampering" and dang near "forever summer" they get in captivity.

on a side note i noticed that scott doesnt have them on the available or expected list this year
