Shelby had a worm this evening. This is his first meal with us. I'm very pleased. He has a nice full tummy and is one happy boy!

Shelby has not eaten since the 10th. He is losing weight and looks quite skinny. Not sure what is going on with him to lose so much weight so fast. I'm worried about him. If he doesn't eat something in the next couple of days we will be releasing him back where he was found. I think it is what is best for him. He is still active and tongue flicks and drinks water so I think he just doesn't like captivity.

Sometimes you run across a snake like that. I've had a couple radixes do the same thing.

I just hope he can find food out there still. We did some landscaping there when we found him.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but Shelby passed some time time during the night. I very upset. I feel like it's my fault for not letting him go. I'll miss him.
