But William, if it's on the internet it MUST be right. I just need to be positive it's a girl or I won't be able to keep it. Maybe I'll head to PetSmart and have the vet use the probe.

When I put all the evidence together(as I see it):
Nice taper on the tail even though there is a slight bulge/swelling at the vent(not usual but not uncommon on some females)
Nice full body and head structure and size.
Not accounting for the former owners statement.

Steve I REALLY respect your opinion on this, but I have to be sure. And yes the guy said it was a proven female, but was he just trying to make a sale?? I can't remember if I asked what sex or if I indicated I wanted a female. He seemed genuine and I want to believe him, but this little part of me says trust no one. Here are some clearer pics.
