Hello all,

I am starting my masters thesis project this coming summer, and I am looking into if there are environmental effects regionally in populations of our favorite little snake within the state of Virginia. I read your proposal, it's very well written. Will you also be considering how ecoregional differences in prey and micronutrients consumed by their prey might effect color, or is the focus more on apostatic selection? Or is the primary goal to first show there is a significant difference by ecoregion and/or sex, then try to figure out why?
