Honestly I think they get a kick out of this.

I have to go to court in 2 weeks, the woman up the street filed small claims stating I have lowered the value of her home, so I should give her 3000 dollars simply for being her neighbor!

First she does not have a clue how small claims court works, you cannot just dream up a number and try to sue for it.

The real trump card is that she is on town council, and the Judge works for the town, so they both draw checks from the same payroll account, It's called conflict of interest.

I'm going to save my trump card for last, and only if the judge is silly enough to actually award in her favor.

It will be fun, especially since she bought her son 2 dirt bikes and a 4 wheeler to ride here and I have tons of photos of her son here riding this equipment that she bought for him, and then chose to complain about it later

Yes she claims Noise and Dust have ruined her property, that coincidentally is zoned agriculture.

Agricultural zoning forbids attacks on noise, dust and odd smells.

Tractors can be loud, Plowing fields makes dust, and manure smells.
