Well we had a good talk about it all n I feel a lot better... lol I transferred my worry to him, but he isn't consumed with worry, just is more of a wait n see kinda guy. I will make a doctor appointment soon for this n a few other things n go from there.

That's good. I'm the kind of person who takes things day by day, so that's the only advice I can really give you. Things get tough for everyone, but the best thing you can do is just deal with it.

I've always been called a 'worry wart' But I've learned to take things day by day... slowly... I still worry, but I'm getting WAY better at just relaxing. I know everything will work out all in due time.

I'm a worry wart, too... I worry even when I shouldn't, but I just ignore it usually and stay busy. Some things you have no choice but to take day by day, like money issues! You can't really fix those immediatly... At least, not in our case.

The thing about children is...and this may surprise some people...they need parenting. I have serious issues with all the "parents" out there that do not parent their children. You can't just have kids and then let them run all over the place acting crazy. I see these parents out in places like Kmart, yapping on their cell phones while their kids are running all over the store destroying everything and driving all the customers crazy...and it takes everything in me not to walk up to the parent..yank the cell phone out of their hand and scream at them to start parenting their kids! My son sees those children and points them out to me. He says "Look at those crazy kids Mommy". He knows not to act like that. He knows how to behave in public...he knows how to behave in general, because I parent him. Parenting takes effort...you don't just push out a child and then go about your life like you did before you had a kid...but, it can be the best thing that ever happened to you. I wouldn't trade my life now for my life before my son for anything. My son made me the person I am today...and I am a much better person now than I ever was before I had him.

It's a useful word to add to an American vocabulary. Or have I made a presupposition based on a prejudiced judgement that Americans, as generalistic proposition, are possessing of a nationalistic outlook that may on occasion verge upon jingoism?
