265 grams a couple of weeks ago, immediately after throwing slugs.

She does look kind of pissy, but also very cute.

Just got bit by the female viperine. Officially bite #3, coming from the snake that's least likely to bite.

She had accidentally grabbed the head of the male trying to steal food from him and I jumped in trying to get her to let go. Grabbed her by the neck (pretty far down) to restrain her a little, the male bent himself free and she, trying to keep her grip, accdentally latched onto my finger.

So what do we relearn from this? Solo housing makes things much simpler.

So, is solo housing on the horizon or has it taken place already?
A bite photo would be nice

There's nothing to take photos of, it didn't even break the skin, I think. Doesn't even itch. In fact, I'm not even sure which finger it bit (no joke).

Solo housing is on the horizon, but this wasn't a big influence on that decision. The size difference is starting to get significant and the male isn't leaving the female alone. Fortunately, I have that aquarium I salvaged last summer, I just need to make a nice, tight lid for it.
