I didn't get anything for Christmas except what I bought myself... A 16mp Kodak C1550 easyshare digital camera. A 16g SD card, Rechargeable batteries n Charger, And a 9month old Checkered Garter snake George!

I found with it if I use the 'red eye preflash' I get awesome color with no wash out, however if I use just the regular flash I get some washout. I'm still learning this camera... I like it, just wish I could manually focus..

You can if you take it off of "auto" mode. Manual focus on most any digital camera is done by pressing the button just halfway. When you reach your desired focal point, let go of the button. Next time you press the button down all the way, it snaps a photo at the set focal point. This does not work if auto focus or "auto mode" is on.(which is usually the default setting)

Was considering a Kodak Easy Share. I read something about an issue with focus with this camera though.
