This is a rough translation and summary of the necropsy report I got this morning. Took a lot longer than expected to get it.

Result:
1. Extreme anemia.
2. Fatal internal bleeding.

Specific findings:
-The snake is severely anemic and was severely anemic before the internal bleeding.
-Mucous membranes in the mouth extremely white.
-Large amounts of bloody fluids in the body cavity. 3 cm long blood clot along the oviduct.
-Bloody fluids in the membrane around the oviduct and the intestines.
-The liver is pale, some minor hematomas. Multifocal necrosis. The histological changes probably caused by lack of oxygen.
-No signs of infection.
-No changes in lungs, heart, brains or kidneys.

Now all that remains is to find a cause for the cause of death.

The vet had mentioned a constriction around the oviduct back then. She's thrown slugs twice since then without any visible problems, but I guess that second time did some damage she couldn't recover from. I want to emphasize that this is just a guess.
