Proof or the pudding comes in a few years, I'm not sure I can wait until these guys are old enough to breed to find out whether this B&W phenotype is predictably heritable. The fact that you got 7 of them and some other normals in the same litter implies a genetic mutation, or combination of recessive genes from the parents.

They do love them some treats!! I feed Fish Bait today while all the others were hiding in their respective hides and only took a second for them all to come out and pester him while he ate. He's getting better at being picked up while eating.
