    I won't deny I thought about killing this beast, I was sick to my stomach over the losses/victims.

    But it seems this beast is one of those puppy-dog docile snakes that I have heard about but never actually met. Plus quite beautiful. She must have shed recently (she has been eating well).

    If she can adjust to eating frozen mice/rats she may just work out. If she can't adjust she will be relocated. I don't have her new setup yet so she is confined in a small carrier in a back room, I offered her a dish of water and she didn't hesitate. Very calm, very charming.

    You'll enjoy that snake. I keep a few Black Ratsnakes myself and have even bred them. They are abundant in my area to and have the common name "Chicken Snake" here. I'm sure you all can guess why.
