    usually he doesn't wave - he rather bangs his front foot down rapidly while puffing out his blackened beard and doing jerky head bobs
    he's been becoming more and more manly recently
    maybe the foot banging was a practice precursor to waving?
    I didn't see the wave myself, but he'll probably do it again

    if it is about dominance... theny why did my beardies do it whenever they were intimidated by another dragon?!?! and why was i told by a beardie breeder that it was a sign of lesser dominance... hmmm, maybe i have been mis informed...

    I can understand that whatever it really means, it's really cute to witness, Mikhaila. Maybe your dragon thought YOU were a cat? He might have mistaken your lovely hair for whiskers?

    maybe they were having dominance battles and one was trying to reestablish dominance by waving? Just a guess, I don't know beardies at all.
