    Well, it's actually very small range too. Garters are a lot more common than corns. In all usa

    I've seen rat snakes a lot (corns are rats), the funny thing is, despite what I said, I've only seen two garters in the wild. One of which was/is is my first snake.

    I've seen hundreds of garters in the wild! But I am a little OLDER than you!

    Well, I saw tons of Natrix natrix. Never seen other snakes though, not even european viper (and, I admit, I was dying to keep one, mostly because of ViperKeeper, but it's forbidden in Europe; their venom isn't very dangerous for adult human and they are very docile, as for vipers of course).

    That has nothing to do with it. Ive seen TONS of snakes. I look for them, and catch them everyday. I just dont see garters. I've always thought that was weird.

    It's weird because garters are the ONLY snake that I've found in the wild!
