Thanks. As soon as I took another look and discovered the truth. I apologized and he promptly crawled up my face and curled around my glasses. He sat there just hanging out for about 10 min. until I had to remove him (which he didn't want to go). He still hasn't eaten, but we are still adjusting.

Have you tried placing some food on a small lid and placing it under the hide?
Sometimes they will start eating in the comfort and security of their hide.
Just an idea.

Yeah, I have. It looked as though he had just eaten when we got him so I'm not too worried yet. We'll keep at him, he's gotta eat at some point.

He did seem a bit small for a female, but I had just assumed that he was young. Runt looks like a male because she's small... But that's her name for a reason! Haha.

Yeah I thought he was just young too. I still think he is young, but not as young as he would seem if he were a she. Probably next year we'll put him in with one of the girls and see what happens.

If he's smaller than Snakey, he might be a little young... But, these little guys don't really get all that big.
At first glance you wouldn't think Snakey was almost 8 years old.
