    First time w/live guppies. I tried having the dish filled, but they were having a heck of a time so I removed most of it.

    Size doesn't matter. MORE does. When it's "this good" more is never enough. At least that's what I hear from females. They probably lie though LoL.

    I did this more for recreation than food. After I gave them the guppies, I worried about parasites, what if bones poke thru the intestines blah blah blah. I'm one of those over-protective snake keepers. After sheds I check out their entire body w/a lighted magnifying glass just to make sure every piece has come off.

    Once those little guppies hit the stomach soup they were gone. No need to worry about any bones with those.

    Just give them a little panacur once a year or so and they'll be fine. By far the most common worms they get from fish are rather benign anyway and only cause a problem for immune compromised snakes bearing a heavy load of them. Bones of fish that small are more like stiff hairs and won't poke.

    Nope, no new additions. I've got 3 and that's my personal limit and I'm stickin' to it. I did get Jewels back in Nov 2011, that was after Zena passed.
