Fairly skittish, but he takes his mousing pretty seriously.

I was just going to grab the mouse to see if he would try to constrict it.

It used to work on the corn I had.

I just gave my corn his first thawed mouse in 8 months, and if I tug back on the mouse, he goes into his death roll and squeezes down.
