Thamnophis UK meeting 2008

I spoke to a lady at the park today. She asked if we could please print off one booking form
( Red Lion Riverside Inn & Caravan and Camping Park - Booking Form ) per tent and send it with a £5 deposit (per tent) to Stan Mason at the park.

She said it would be best if we either sent them all in ONE envelope or maybe all under the same surname. Maybe we could mark them clearly as "Thamnophis UK" on the top of the page?

I told her we'd be about 12 people in possibly 5 tents.
Can I just check again, who's coming? You could just quote the list and add your name to the bottom:

I'd prefer if you could send the form and money directly to the campsite and just let me/us know. I'm terribly disorganised and don't want to mess this up.
Just mark them as "Group-booking for Thamnophis UK".

Can I just check if anyone has sent their form off already? I've had a few problems over the past few weeks so not had much time to think about this.
I can't drive but I'm hoping a friend might still be able to take us to the campsite, I'm hoping we'll be there Friday evening.
