Save it on your computer and upload it to the Gallery (tab in the upper right corner of the screen).

i tried to load it to the gallery but it said it was to large dp any of yall know what s wrong sorry for the wait im not very computer savvy!

If you have a photo editing program you can save it as an email ready format. That should reduce the overall file size and allow it to be uploaded.
