1st litter of 2015 for Garter Snake Morph

Finally had first litter surprise this morning. It's always awesome to see the first little babies crawling around in a tub every year.
Ended up with a pretty good sized litter of 21 healthy babies, one jelly bean and zero stillborn. There is quite a lot of variance in the looks of these babies and of course with their lineage they will be coloring up a lot.
Mom is a Carteret Co. erythristic 100% Schuett albino and melanistic (aka het snow) proven bred by a male erythristic flame from Mohr anerythristic lineage (black and red) also 100% het Schuett albino and melanistic (aka het snow). So these babies are 66% possible het albino and melanistic.

CORRECTION- after looking at the breeding records on the tub for this female, I believe the dad is actually the flame male. Even though I put the morh black and red male in mostly, I did back him up with the flame and the flame is not het for albino and melanistic. This would explain why no albinos, snows or melanistics were born in this litter. Last year she produced a snow and a melanistic in her litter.
This makes these babies only 50% possible het for albino and melanistic.

I have to apologize, I should have realized right away that the morh ery double het wasn't the dad when there was not any albino or melanistics in the litter...duh, that was really dumb on my part.
