    Re: Meet Spenser

We went to petco today (just to look, kinda hoping there may be a keelback No luck)

The baby balls were so cute, Dorothy dragged me back out empty handed.

Glad yours is doing so well.

They are very docile for the most part. (rare exceptions excluded)

if you really want one, don't get it at petco
I bet there's one needing to be rescued

    Re: Other Reptiles/Amphibians

That's the only way I'd ever get one Rhea. When we got Cain, I had no interest in a BP, but I could not leave him in squalor.

There is a rescue about 80 miles from here that has BP, Red Tail Boas and Iguanas frequently.

those turn up at Sean's rescue frequently as well - those and endless amounts of turtles
we brought home Stumps, the russian tortoise yesterday - pics to follow soon
btw - if anyone wants to adopt a really beautiful iguana at Hamburg, Sean will be bringing the one I've been fostering, and he's wonderful
