    In my opinion, any ribbons that were raised like these would turn out just like these. They are just like all my other garters... the whole litter was like this after a few feedings. They were pretty skittish when they were born though! When I pick them up the gently sit in my hand and swing their little heads back and forth

    I am concluding that the skittish nature of the ribbons that i kept, stems from the fact that they were wild caught and not brought up in captivity
    with that in mind i might well give them another try, should any babies become available
    ​I'm not actually a gynecologist...but i'll take a look.
