Well, we are constantly growing, so the number of posts and posters is bound to increase. I don't think this place has really changed.

I expected the atmosphere to deteriorate and conflicts arise between the members over time, but overall, I don't think that has happened. In my opinion, the fact that most active members are no longer in their teens, are quite experienced and are actually known by their real names has prevented much of it. Either that, or I think we might be witnessing a clear case of pet owners starting to behave like their pets.


Has any legitimate member ever been banned from this board for behaving inappropriately?

Other then spammers, no one has ever been banned and I think that really says something about our community.

Hasn't happened yet and I think we have managed to prevent it by being so friendly and helpful to new members.

Well thank you James. This is the only garter forum that I'll even visit anymore, any other ones are full of people who know nothing about the snakes and give false info, then argue with the senior members. I've found here that pretty much everyone knows the basic care for these snakes, and that just makes it a lot more enjoyable.
