Wild T. radix Ranch Snakes

Today my wonderful kids decided to clean up the back deck area as it's been a catch-all for many wet things from the basement.
One thing that needed disposed of was a small piece of carpet and pad.
Before cutting it up my daughter Gabby unfolded the carpet and found a beautiful normal phase gravid T.radix.
While I was holding that snake she unfolded the pad and found a very nice gravid red phase T.radix.
I love my yard.
Both snakes are in the house for a while as I want to give them the once over and possible keep the red female to see what she produces.
The nice thing is the babies can be released right in my backyard.
