Herping in Toronto (Lots Of Pics)

yeah I was keeping positive that even though he was inactive someone else or him might of gotten back. I was inactive for over a year and someone replied to one of my posts which made my cell phone ring and so I came on right away :P so why not him? Anyhow I was on leslie street spit whatever they call it there in Toronto and I was 5 hours in Tommy Tompson park and I found nothing I just wanted to cry lol. Highest concentration of melanistic garters anywhere and I didn't even find a single garter at all. I had gone up to toronto for the reptile expo and being a true Thamnophis nut I was more excited to herp in the park for a melanistic garter or a eastern flame than the expo. Last night after just coming back from out of town I took a trip to a place I know has lots of garters 30 min away from where I am and sure enough within 10 seconds I found the biggest garter I've ever seen in my life. I will post a picture soon. I won't even say I think she's gravid because I've said that twice and I was way wrong lol.

Hey man, yeah its been awhile, just been busy on other forums and what not. but sorry if i replied to late when you were in town. but yeah. with the first pic with the CN Tower in it. thats the view we had when we did it. i went down again this year a couple times. it was pretty crazyyy. caught some NICEEE red sides. tons of melanistics. and last year we picked up some hypo looking one. crazyyyyy stuff man.

was it at tommy thompson park? I think I was near where you were on leslie street where they say lots of melanistics were. I spent about 10 hours in total over 2 days and found absolutely nothing I want a pair of melanistics so bad
