I'd keep the humidity at 60%-70% or keep a large water dish in the tank, big enough to let the snake submerge itself , that'll help him/her get the skin off.

They do have a water dish big enough for both to swim in at the same time... Okay on humidity ill try and raise it, our house is dry so it sucks the humidity out.. I do mist a couple times a day and it brings it up to 70% then back down to bout 53%. inside the snake cave its about 70% though, i keep the moss moist always, and with the heat mat under it its nice and warm and humid in there, ive stuck the probe inside from time to time to make sure it doesnt get too hot. They like to go nap in there after dinner. Plus they also have what i call the rooting bowl. its one of their shipping cups, with moist soil in it that i place left over food in overnight. (lexi loves to go back 3 or 4 hours later and root around for the leftovers) Indy has started doing this too. Their substrate is a mix of cocohusk and reptibark for different textures. Hoping the shed goes well. If not i have a shedding box ready to go, with rough face cloth, ventilated lid, and just needs moistening and a snake..
