And just so you know, if I have to choose between giving in to an annoying neighbor and burning his house down, I'm burning his house down. Surrender is never an option.

Hahhaha! Me too. I did exactly the same thing. The fuse box was in the laundry room. I cut the power to the next door neighbor's house. Killed all her fish and spoiled her food. She was a bitch and deserved it. I also picked up about a 5 gallon bucket of her dog's **** out of the yard and dumped it on her front porch.

She called the cops! It was all they could do to keep from laughing.
