Speckle update.

She went to the Vet. today and while there passed a large amount of blood. She is now on Metronidazole (1ml per week for 4 weeks)
He is also running the stool sample for any evidence to the problem.
Speckle has lost about 100g from 2 years ago and is looking thin but continues to have a good appetite and good attitude/behavior.

Metronidazole works awesome, but is lethal if overdosed so be careful!

He took her weight and referenced the chart and I'm very careful about meds. Thanks for the heads up though.

I hope the fecal comes back good! I hope she don't have a protozoa, but if she does flagyl(metronidazole) should be the best treatment. If it turns out to be an amoeba they may have to up the dose. Not trying to be negative though just thought i should point it out. I really hope that everything works out for this girl!
