Yes, everything was 'okay' as in the box was not damaged in any way, and there were no abnormal circumstances except for a dead baby snake. I am curious if I am the only one who 'assumes' the seller takes responsibility for 'live' arrival. I thought that was a given, actually I never gave it any thought until now which is why I am asking. This is the very first experience with a DOA.
So, no abnormal circumstances, you send a snake, it dies in transit, you (the buyer) expect the seller to refund your money in total (including shipping) or replace the animal ... Is that correct ???marian
