Why risk some animal officer taking chomper.

The neighbor I am dealing with is borderline insane (Not at all to do with how I feel about her, it is a clinical observation)

As soon as this wet weather dries up, I will video the leaf blower stunt, I am going to wait until she has wash out on the line, then take a big bucket of fine silt dust, point the leaf blower directly into the bucket and start the engine

When she loses it and goes all wacko, I will video tape her point blank.

For Halloween I am going to use a projector and a big sheet to play her reaction over and over while the neighborhood is out walking around.

I once told her it was not prudent to pick at the locks of Pandora's box, I don't think she understood.
