Scenting is a wonderful thing. I have many, many snakes that now eat rodents due to scenting. I've used fish, frogs, lizards, worms, and slugs. All 9 of my garter/ribbon species/subspecies will take rodents.
Now I am scenting rats with mice so some of my stubborn mouse eaters(non-garters) will take rats.

Fish may work for a Garter Brigitte, But Dekayi snakes don't like fish either.

Stephanie, you may try to rub slug goo on them, Slug goo will drive a DK crazy with hunger.
