    Why not celebrate it as a purely secular holiday? It's not like it has its roots in any currently practiced religion.

    Some Bahá'í do, just not in this family.
    Tina and I choose to use the time, money, effort in helping those in our community. We have a close family we help year round and during these days.
    And the local “Help House” gets our constant attention.
    So this fulfills us.
    Baha'i theology draws a distinction between the Spirit of Christ - infinitely glorious, absolutely unique and utterly indispensable as the only pathway to God - and the historical person of Jesus.
