Merry CHRISTmas to everyone from the Gilfillans. May this be a blessed season for you and your families. I wish I could put a Radix under each of your trees.

In the Baha'i Faith we don’t celebrate this day. But I do wish you good days.

We do not consider anyone a stranger, for it is said by Bahá'u'lláh 'Ye are all the rays of one sun; the fruits of one tree; and the leaves of one branch.'

Why not celebrate it as a purely secular holiday? It's not like it has its roots in any currently practiced religion.

Happiness and love from here. I hope everyone has a peaceful, relaxing day with family and friends. Or a peaceful, relaxing day after you get away from family and friends. LOLOL

Some Bahá'í do, just not in this family.
Tina and I choose to use the time, money, effort in helping those in our community. We have a close family we help year round and during these days.
And the local “Help House” gets our constant attention.
    So this fulfills us.
Baha'i theology draws a distinction between the Spirit of Christ - infinitely glorious, absolutely unique and utterly indispensable as the only pathway to God - and the historical person of Jesus.
