I guess my title is administrative assistant (secretary!!) for an equine veterinary clinic. I love my job!!!!!!!! The vets are mobile, so they are rarely in the office bugging us. :-) Altho they are AWESOME bosses. The clinic is located on a large horse farm, so poor me, my view all around is horses frolicking in the fields. I bring dogs to work with me everyday. Most of the clients are totally cool. So I feel very lucky to work here!!!!!! :-)

I'm an animal health tech (Albertan for vet tech); which is now just a hobby. I"ve resorted to the construction trades to pay the bills. When asked what am I though, I never reply a tradesman. Anything I do for money though is to work towards a self supporting career with reptiles.

Good luck with that, Ian. I think many of us would aspire to that if we thought we could make it. I did it for a few years, but couldn't sustain it, in the end I had to return my attentions to real life or starve to death!
Don't be discouraged or put off. If that's what you want, you go for it....best of luck to you.
    James.
