    Someones watching

In a never ending attempt to make the T.radix Ranch a more efficient operation(better for the guests) I was doing some reorganization. It was time for a few large items to go out to the shed. As I got close to the shed I could feel little eyes on me. I turned and looked at a wood pile I purposely put in for my wild radixes. Laying at the top of it was a beautiful young radix. I had walked right past it on my trip to the shed. As soon as it saw me looking at it it dove into the pile. It must be a new visitor. Most of them will let me get right up on them before they move. They blend in so well to the surroundings. I love my backyard. I think I will take a break and get my camera. I'm going to pull up a lawn chair and see if I can get this little guy to come out. I'll see if I can get a photo and post it.

Sorry, the little one was a no show. It was nice having a break. The weather is perfect.
Rain and colder temps are on tap for the rest of the week. I hope all my outside radixes all find a nice place to hang out.
They'll be heading to their dens in a about a month. Then the radix season will be over. It's been an awesome year.

I know what you mean. I'll never beat this addiction. Of course, I don't want to.
There's temptation everywhere. I love it.
