I know a guy who sells and breeds T. radix here in Texas also... He gets a nongame dealers permit... And tracks baby sales and turns in a report once a year... I'd have to prove mine are out of state... TPWD, I called today but the person I need to speak to is unavailable until the 31st.

Ohhh so as long as I can prove they are from out of state and have the permit I could breed radix? What is their criteria for proof?
